• Client: Any natural or legal person using our services

• Services: Transport, logistics and material supply services

3. Services Offered

Orca offers the following services:

• Transport of mining materials (bauxite, iron ore, etc.)
• Complete logistics solutions
• Construction material supply
• Storage and warehousing services
• Shipment tracking and traceability

4. Rates and Billing

Rates are established according to:

• The nature and volume of goods
• Distance and destination
• Additional services required
• Special transport conditions

Invoices are payable within the contractually agreed deadlines.

5. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information about goods
• Comply with current regulations
• Ensure proper packaging of goods
• Pay invoices within agreed deadlines
• Inform Orca of any change in circumstances

6. Orca's Obligations

Orca undertakes to:

• Perform transports within agreed deadlines
• Respect safety standards
• Ensure shipment traceability
• Maintain client information confidentiality
• Provide professional quality service

7. Liability and Insurance

Orca has professional civil liability insurance covering:

• Damage to transported goods
• Third-party damage
• Transport accidents

Orca's liability is limited to the conditions defined in the transport contract.

8. Force Majeure

Orca cannot be held responsible for delays or execution impossibilities due to force majeure events, including:

• Natural disasters
• Social conflicts
• Government restrictions
• Vehicle or equipment failures

9. Termination

The contract may be terminated:

• By mutual agreement between the parties
• In case of serious breach of contractual obligations
• After a 30-day notice

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Guinean law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Conakry.

11. Modification of Terms

Orca reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be notified to clients and published on our website.
